This Privacy Policy explains how Gimpact ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the NotYet mobile application ("NotYet" or the "App").

We designed NotYet with privacy in mind. NotYet is intended to help you create a moment of reflection before accessing distracting applications. We aim to collect and process only the information necessary to provide and improve the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Depending on the features you use, you may provide information such as:

Custom warning messages
Custom message packs
Blocking schedules and preferences
App settings and preferences
Other content you voluntarily enter into the App

We do not require you to create an account to use the core functionality of NotYet unless we introduce an account-based feature in the future.

1.2 Screen Time and App Selection Information

NotYet uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to provide its app-blocking functionality.

When you authorize NotYet to use these Apple services, you may select applications or application categories that you want NotYet to shield or manage.

NotYet does not need to know or collect the contents of those applications.

NotYet does not read your messages, photos, emails, passwords, browsing content, or other private content inside the applications you select.

The App Selection and Screen Time functionality is subject to Apple's permissions and platform restrictions.

1.3 Usage and Statistics

NotYet may maintain local statistics related to the App's functionality, such as:

Number of pause/shield events
Number of times you choose to enter an app anyway
Countdown or delay statistics
App-blocking activity
Other statistics necessary to display your personal progress

Where technically possible, these statistics are stored locally on your device.

We do not sell your personal information or your usage statistics.

1.4 Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase NotYet Pro, payments are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit.

We do not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

Apple may process transaction information in accordance with Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

NotYet may receive transaction and entitlement information necessary to determine whether you have access to NotYet Pro features.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

Depending on the configuration of the App and services used, limited technical information may be processed by Apple or other service providers operating on our behalf, such as:

Device and operating-system information
App version
Crash or diagnostic information
Basic technical information necessary to maintain the App

We do not use this information to identify you personally unless necessary for a specific purpose disclosed to you.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

NotYet is designed not to collect unnecessary personal information.

We do not intentionally collect:

The contents of other applications
Private messages
Photos or videos
Passwords
Contacts
Precise location
Browsing history
Your personal files
Payment card numbers

NotYet does not sell personal information.

3. How We Use Information

Information processed by NotYet may be used to:

Provide the App's blocking and pause functionality
Apply your selected schedules and preferences
Display your statistics
Store your custom messages and settings
Provide and verify NotYet Pro entitlements
Diagnose technical problems
Improve reliability and performance
Respond to support requests
Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your Screen Time selections or app-blocking information for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage

Where possible, NotYet stores user preferences and statistics locally on your device.

Some information may be processed by Apple or third-party infrastructure when necessary to provide a specific service, such as App Store purchases, crash reporting, or support.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

NotYet may rely on third-party services and Apple services to provide certain functionality.

Apple Family Controls
Apple Managed Settings
Apple Device Activity
Apple-hosted services associated with the operation of iOS

Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's policies, which are available on Apple's website.

6. Advertising

NotYet does not intentionally use your Screen Time selections, blocked applications, or personal statistics to serve personalized advertising.

If advertising is introduced into a future version of the App, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate disclosures before or when required.

7. Children's Privacy

NotYet is not specifically directed toward children under the age required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us using the information below.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through NotYet.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information associated with your use of the App.

You may generally:

Delete the App and locally stored App data
Change your Screen Time permissions through iOS settings
Change your selected applications
Change or delete custom messages
Disable blocking schedules
Stop using the App
