Human Battery Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Human Battery (the "Service"), built by GImpactApps ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Human Battery.

If you obtained Human Battery through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you obtained it through Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms conflict with the store's terms, the store's terms take precedence for matters relating to that store.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Human Battery on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and any applicable store rules.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of Human Battery, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute Human Battery.
  • Use Human Battery for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Circumvent any security or access-control features, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Use automated means to access or interact with Human Battery beyond its intended use.

Your content

If Human Battery lets you create, save, or upload content, you retain ownership of it. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display that content back to you as part of operating Human Battery.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed by the store you downloaded Human Battery from (such as the App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's payment and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not process or store your payment details.

Advertising and third-party services

Human Battery may display advertisements or rely on third-party services (such as analytics, crash reporting, or ad networks). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.

Privacy

Your use of Human Battery is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is handled and how. By using Human Battery, you agree to the practices described there.

Intellectual property

Human Battery, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by GImpactApps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in Human Battery other than the limited license above.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Human Battery or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if Human Battery is unavailable for any period.

Disclaimer of warranties

Human Battery is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Human Battery will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements. Human Battery is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GImpactApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Human Battery. Our total liability for any claim relating to Human Battery shall not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Human Battery at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using Human Battery at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Human Battery evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Human Battery after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GImpactApps operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
