Terms of Use — Do Nothing

By downloading or using the Do Nothing app ("the app"), made by [DEVELOPER NAME] ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. These terms add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

The app

Do Nothing is a digital-break tool: a timer that helps you spend time away from your phone. It is for general wellness and productivity only. It is not a medical product and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified professional about any health concerns.

Do Nothing Premium

The app is free to use. Do Nothing Premium unlocks extra features. It is available as:

• Monthly subscription, renewing automatically each month
• Yearly subscription, renewing automatically each year. It may include a free trial for new subscribers.
• Lifetime, a one-time purchase with no renewal

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. For a free trial, payment is charged when the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You are charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
• Apple processes all payments. Refund requests go to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
• To restore a purchase on a new device, tap Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple Account.

Your content and data

Your sessions and settings stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy: [PRIVACY URL]. You are responsible for anything you choose to share from the app, such as share cards or challenge links.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, copy, resell or misuse the app, or use it in a way that breaks any law.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, or that it will keep your data if your device is lost, reset or damaged. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
